Hi, my name is Jeremy Couch, and my passion is leadership. I want to help leaders get better so that they can help their teams and organizations become their best. I often say, “Leadership is not about you, but it starts with you.” Leadership is about serving others, but in order to do that well, leaders must work on themselves first. That’s where I come in by consulting with leaders, coaching them, and creating content to help accelerate their leadership performance.

I have spent the majority of my career working in higher education administration and leadership. My experience encompasses branch campus administration, operations management, admissions and enrollment, strategic planning, event management, facility management, community relations, marketing, staff development, student services, academic administration, and teaching. Most recently, I served as the Executive Director for Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Orlando Campus, overseeing all campus staff, operations, facilities, events, and advancement functions. I was also an assistant professor of leadership at PBA Orlando, teaching various courses in leadership at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Previously I served as an adjunct faculty instructor at Rasmussen College, where I taught a wide array of courses in business, management, and leadership.

In addition to my work in higher education, I also provide leadership consulting and coaching services to small businesses, executives, non-profit organizations, and churches in order to enhance their leadership competencies and improve their organizational health. I offer a variety of leadership and management solutions designed to assist leaders, teams, and organizations that are lacking direction or a clear strategy for achieving their goals. In 2019, I launched the Servant Leadership Conference in Orlando and brought together community and business leaders to hear from a number of high-quality speakers about how to become better servant leaders. The theme of the inaugural event was “Thriving Together,” with the sessions focusing on how to build healthy and thriving teams. In 2020, the conference expanded to a two-day event that featured 10 different speakers who delivered top notch talks centered around the theme, “It Starts With You,” reminding all attendees that servant leadership starts with us individually.

My education includes a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and an MBA degree and BS in Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I live in Central Florida with my wife and two children.
