Hello, my name is Jeremy Couch, and I am glad that you have taken some time to visit my website. Here’s a little bit about me:
I have spent the majority of my career working in higher education administration and leadership. My experience encompasses branch campus administration, operations management, strategic planning, event management, facility management, community relations, marketing, staff development, student services, and teaching. Currently I am the Executive Director for Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Orlando Campus, overseeing all campus staff, operations, and advancement functions.
I am also an assistant professor of leadership at PBA Orlando, teaching various courses in leadership. Previously I served as an adjunct faculty instructor at Rasmussen College, where I taught a wide array of courses in business, management, and leadership.
In addition to my work in higher education, I also provide leadership consulting and coaching services to small businesses, executives, non-profit organizations, and churches in order to enhance their leadership competencies and improve their organizational health. I offer a variety of leadership and management solutions designed to assist organizations that are lacking direction or a clear strategy for achieving their goals. Also, I regularly speak to leaders, teams, and organizations on various leadership and organizational topics.
My education includes a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and an MBA degree and BS in Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I live in Central Florida with my wife and two kids.
